Leader Of Tomorrow (LOT) is a professionally designed lecture program dedicated to developing and evolving the skills of young leaders. After three years of practice testing, the course is arranged from concept, teaching materials to teacher-funded teaching to ensure that the most effective help for young people to overcome the tension in public speech, and thus effectively improve students' communication skills and confidence in communication.
LOT uses a multi-faceted, multi-dimensional approach to meet the needs of students of all ages. The full course consists of three ladder-based courses: preparatory, leadership, and leadership. The focus of each stage is different, and strive to achieve the best results of lecture training according to the different levels of competence of students and the skills required to improve.
- Pre-class course Suitable for children aged 5-7. The focus of the training is to help children overcome their timidity through interesting storytelling and focus on the most important essential presentation skills.
- Leadership Course Designed specifically for the growth of primary school students, it is also the most popular course. The course guides students through the various values that leaders should possess while mastering the basic skills of improving presentations and learning how to communicate effectively when presenting personal opinions. The course is divided into ten levels
- Leadership Course is a new leader practice course for middle school students. The course is divided into six sessions and focuses on how students can become the leader of the stage in situations where there is a large audience on the spot. At the same time, in order to deal with the future of various studies, work and other interviews lay a solid foundation.
All levels include a 10-week course, and the course cycle is consistent with the school's semester setting. After receiving the textbook, the student can mark the textbook and complete the assignment. At the end of the semester, the instructor will conduct a comprehensive assessment and feedback and issue a certificate.
LOT team will hold regular speech contests to encourage students who have performed well in class to take a bigger stage. At the same time, we will invite world-class speech instructors and speech contest champions to lead various seminars for different leadership and speech topics.
